Removal of Allegedly Infringing Material
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Notify the user responsible for the material about the takedown and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated DMCA Agent. The counter-notification must include the following:
1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
2. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
3. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the United States).
4. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless we receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to prevent the restoration.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights.
